Remember when you were going through my .htaccess file and found all of those IP addresses? That’s what I was trying to do — I would go through the server logs and find the IPs of “dropped” referrers, and then ban them. It doesn’t work all the time, but it did cut down on the amount of repeat offenders. I noticed a significant drop after I added certain IPs to the banned IP list.
I’m not really shocked, after seeing most of the matches against the Yankees and especially due to the fact that they forced a game 7 and then won it, I thought that they didn’t only deserve to walk away with it, but that they would do it! Although I didn’t think it would be a sweep.
