Darren is doing a series on blogging for beginners that is just phenomenal. I highly encourage anyone thinking about getting into blogging or who feel like they just can’t do some of the stuff they’d like to do to check his series out. I’ve written two pieces for his series at his request and I look forward to those being published soon.
One of his more recent articles is in the area of basic HTML tags. Darren has taken a very high-level overview of HTML tags which is great for beginners, but it got me thinking about writing my own series on developing visual elements for a blog using standards-based HTML and CSS. What does all that mean? It means that this series is for you if you want to put up a great looking blog. If you’re happy with MySpace then feel free to read but this series may not be for you.
So in the next few days I’ll be collecting my thoughts on which elements I want to tackle in this series. Feel free to leave requests in the comments.
